Hi, By any chance, would you be able to advise if it's a good time to visit Tioman during 14-16 Feb 2010. My worries are that the Ferry doesn't operate due to monsoon.

Dear Rubberduck.
Tioman is accessible in February during the Monsoon and resorts on the western side of the island are sheltered from the winds. Only downside is the sea is a bit rough and the water visibility is lower.
Think of it as a time for nature to regenerate.
