I realy would recommend Raja Villa. the place fantastic view of the islands..superb seaview...
i went to raja villa before. but didnt stay since the place was not well maintained.. my kids said its look like monster house..
I stayed at Raja Villa in May '09and it was fine..hotel manager said that hotel business in Mersing is very competitive and alot of bullshit is spread around by other hotel operators...its better to check out the hotels yourselves!
i would say .. raja vila seems like a haunted mansion. Scouting around and end up with havanita hotel .... rent for a day .. junior suite .. well .. the best so far. But if you fancy resort near to the beach .. try Air Papan. You have to book something like advance in a month.
